If your video cannot be promoted because of YouTube ad policies and you don't want to replace it, we refund the full amount.
After the campaign starts
Ad spend already used cannot be refunded. The unused balance can be refunded or moved to another video.
Timeline
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
